Great News everyone who is in mainland, the Chinese government just announced that they finally allowed foreign companies to sell gaming devices in mainland after 13 years of banning in Shanghai City.
I came from China, and I know that there is no official place for consumers to purchase games and gaming devices.
Because of that, there aren't any official prices for games and gaming devices in mainland. For example, I bought Gravity Rush (on PS vita) for two times normal price( which is in Canada) when it just released in 2011. I think that the different price and owners of gaming shops are trying to fool these who are not to familiar with the game devices.
I hope that the Chinese government can clear the market by launching the official channel for games and gaming devices. There is no doubt that China mainland market is going to become so important for Gaming Companies.
